I could have so done with a pair of these a couple of days ago. I’d taken a cable car 3500m up into the Italian alps to take some pictures. My hands were so cold I think they were going to stick to the camera!

one of the best accessorys i every got, you only have to do one night shot in winter with out gloves to realize how grate they are!

Good call on that one – I’d say a reliable remote is the no.1 essential accessory (along with a tripod). I probably use my RC-1 more than I use the shutter release on the camera!

I’ve gotta say, when it comes to toys for my XSi, I can’t live without my Canon RC-1 remote trigger. I use it for all my low-light shots, or anytime I have my camera on the tripod. Indespensible!

If you want a cheaper option, check out horse riding gloves (Tescos have a equestrian section these days (random!) so they might have them) They are pretty much the same

indeed! hope you’ve been on a jar-opening spree
i need to get myself a pair… all i have now are mittens, not *really* the most useful when it comes photography… or anything requiring dexterity… where’d ya find them?

hehe joking aside…I’ve been using a nice warm pair of thermal liner gloves recently as they are thin enough for me to still operate the camera…..but they do feel a bit slippy…these may be just the thing!
